Shipping policy

ready to ship items will ship within 7–15 working days.

batch 2 items will ship within 20-35 working days.

if a batch 2 item is purchased with other items, it will be shipped based on batch 2 shipping times. 

please note: it is the customer’s responsibility to pay import duties + taxes. regulations for import duties and taxes may vary, and we are unable to control or predict their amount.

in the case that the order overruns the initial time estimates, please allow us time to fulfil the order. this may occur in the event of supplier issues or delays.

due to customs processes, international shipments may take longer than estimates because of country import checks.

if you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the courier cost.
