Shipping policy

please note: customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which can be paid at checkout if included in your chosen shipping option, or separately before delivery. these charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control.

ready to ship items will ship within 7–15 working days.

batch 2 items will ship within 20-35 working days.

if a batch 2 item is purchased with other items, it will be shipped based on batch 2 shipping times. 

in the case that the order overruns the initial time estimates, please allow us time to fulfil the order. this may occur in the event of supplier issues or delays.

due to customs processes, international shipments may take longer than estimates because of country import checks.

if you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the courier cost.
